What is not covered?

  • Your card has been charged twice. For same please contact your credit card company
  • Items that are picked in person or delivered in person
  • Items that are added later for the working of the products this can be cables, batteries, etc
  • Items that are altered or repaired
  • Items lost in shipping or while in transit.
  • Intangible items such as services
  • If the item is reported to be damage, non functional, non working, missing parts after 15 days of purchase.

Eligibility to file a claim? & Proof Required

  • Proof of payment whether the payment has been made with credit card, debit card, cheque or Direct Deposit or Direct Cash Deposit (Always keep a receipt)
  • You are the actual buyer of the product as it appears on Invoice, Bill etc raised from sauda E Bazaar Pvt Ltd.
  • Copy of Performa Invoice or Order No or Bill issued with sauda E Bazaar Pvt Ltd or at www.saudabazaar.com.
  • Claim has to be filed within 7 days of item being received by a customer
