1. How much time does it take to process order?
It takes 24-48 Hours to process the order. Most of the orders are shipped same day as they are available on our screen and payment is clearly processed.

2. I am resident outside india, Can i send gift to my friends and family in India?
Yes, thats what www.saudabazaar.com is all about! Customer can buy product by using his/her credit card/ bank transfer etc and choose shipping address to be delivered india and package will be shipped as GIFT to anywhere in India. We currently ship to more then 1800 Cities in India.

3. Is there any delivery confirmation etc for the product ordered on the website?
Yes, All products are shipped with DTDC, Bluedart or Trackon Couriers at the end of day we send email to all customers who have ordered product from our website and they can track online to respective courier websites

4. Can i cancel my order?
Yes you can cancel your order which is to be done within 24 hours of credit card being processed by sending mail to saudabazaar@gmail.com with a reason to cancel. The money will be refunded back to customer credit card with the there respective billing cycle with credit card companies. Most companies do in 2-3 days and some do maximum 21-30 days.

5. Product ordered received or delivered as damage, missing parts, non fucntional etc?
